O&M (Operation and Maintenance) – technical and administrative services including:

Development – formal and legal activities as well as design, including:

• site selection,
• obtaining necessary approvals and permits,
• developing substation and connection projects as well as construction projects,
• obtaining connection conditions;
• obtaining a concession

Construction of PV power plants, including:

• laying foundations for the foundation of the substation,
• assembly of a support structure,
• assembly of panels,
• assembly of inverters,
• assembly and connection of the substation together with commissioning.

We are competent in the development of projects related to renewable energy sources, from the stage of selecting the location to commissioning and works acceptance. We develop PV projects through SPVs that are part of ELQ S.A. Capital Group in which ELQ S.A. holds 100% of shares. These companies are ELQ PV 1 Sp. z o.o., ELQ PV 2 Sp. z o.o., ELQ PV 3 Sp. z o.o., ELQ PV 4 Sp. z o.o., ELQ PV 5 Sp. z o.o., ELQ PV 6 Sp. z o.o. Within the Group, we have approximately 267 MWp available at various stages of development, which can be the subject of transactions or investments and further development.

As an active participant in the RES market, we have concluded partnership agreements and letters of intent related to the development of projects in renewable energy sources, whose total portfolio amounts to over 1 GWp. As part of this business activity, we bring together future producers of energy from RES installations and interested consumers of green energy through proven market mechanisms, which allow us to conclude mutually beneficial agreements on the sale of energy – the so-called Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
