Has many years of managerial experience, since 1996 he has been the President and Vice-president of the Management Board, where he was responsible for the development of several companies.  
In 2010-2012 he was one of the main suppliers of biomass to PołaniecPower Plant and Mondi S.A. He has been involved in the RES sector for many years. He has been repeatedly awarded with:
