ELQ S.A. performs its information duties using the Electronic Information Base (EBI system) dedicated to the Alternative Trading System (ASO) and administered by the Warsaw Stock Exchange and using the Electronic Information Transmission System (ESPI system) supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

The EBI system is used for fulfilling information obligations regarding current and periodic information.

The ESPI system is used for fulfilling information obligations, in particular, those resulting from the provisions of:

• MAR Regulation
• the Act on Public Offering
• the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments;
• the Regulated Market Rules are referred to in Article 28 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.
