ELQ S.A., a well-known manufacturer of transformer substations is developing competencies in the photovoltaic installations market. On 6 August, the company signed a letter of intent extending collaboration possibilities with INTEC EU from Cracow.

By signing the letter of intent, the partners are planning to extend the current cooperation concerning the delivery of transformer substations and additionally regarding the construction of photovoltaic power plants on polish and foreign markets. The Parties obliged themselves to exchange information and to conduct activities aiming to assess possibilities to implement new projects in this area in Poland and abroad.

The renewable energy sources market in the EU area is developing very dynamically. The perspectives are very promising. The partnership with INTEC complies with our strategy – we maintain a strong position in manufacturing and supplying transformer substations dedicated to photovoltaic power plants while increasing our involvement in general contracting of photovoltaic installations – says Krzysztof Zawadzki, CEO.
